Special Programs
Tour the Cider Mill
Tours of our cider mill are available any time we’re open, but a phone call or email to tell us you’re coming is always appreciated (so that we’ll know if we’re pressing that day). Take some extra time and visit our 1930′s era dance hall with many unique antiques and oddities.
Tastings
Any time we’re open, we’re open for tastings of our sweet and hard ciders. You must be eighteen years or older to have alcohol in Quebec (sorry!).
Line Dancing
Due to popular demand, it’s back! Tentatively scheduled for Wednesday mornings and Friday evenings this summer. Call us to sign up or to get more information – ask for Norma.
Cider Mill Murder
Director Joan Conrod and the Pontiac Community Players present ‘Cider Mill Murder’, July 8th and 9th. When murder most foul occurs at a musical night at Coronation Hall, can you, the audience, solve the mystery? Tickets and times available starting in June.
See How they Run
Classic English wartime comedy of mistaken identity, an escaped spy, and far too many vicars. Presented by the Pontiac Community Plays August 25, 26, and 27th. Tickets and times available starting in July.
Orchard Visit
As of September 2007, we have an ‘orchard visit’ program suitable for children in Kindergarten or Grade One. Through games and exploration we teach the children about the orchard, where apples come from, farm life, and farm animals. The program can be tailored; please contact us for more information. ‘U-Pick’ is not offered until 2013.
Tea, anyone?
Our tea room always serves up delicious apple treats, ice cream, and a wide array of beverages to enjoy. Local products, crafts, and art are also available and on display. Meals available for groups.
